Open **Documents** in Education. It lists your letters with their status, and **Request a document** asks for a new one.

1. Select **Documents** in the navigation.
2. Select **Request a document**.
3. Choose the **Programme**, the **Period** and the **Language of the letter**.
4. Select **Request letter**.

If your registration for the period is official, the letter is ready in moments. Otherwise the office checks it first, and the request shows **With the office** until the letter appears in your documents.

## If it did not work

- **No documents yet**: letters appear here when they're ready.
- **Your documents can't be shown right now**: try again later. This doesn't mean you have none.
- **The office couldn't issue this letter. Contact the Registrar's office.**: contact the office.
