Launchpad is /en — the page you land on after signing in. It lists the apps installed for the Account and role you are currently using, and nothing else.
The navbar link is labelled Launchpad.
What is on the page
The page is headed Launchpad, with a Customize action beside the heading.
Core comes first: up to three everyday apps, each as a wide card with its icon, name and a one-line description. Only the ones installed for you appear: AI Studio, Drive and Spaces.
Pinned follows when you have pinned at least one app, in the order you arranged your pins. A pinned app also stays in its own category below.
The remaining installed apps are grouped by category, each under its own heading: Education, Work, Evolve, Lab & Clinical and Admin. A category you have no apps in is not shown. An installed app that does not belong to any category is listed under Other apps.
Each card shows the app's icon, name and a short description; the whole card opens the app. Under the last category, Browse all apps opens the Apps catalog.
Pinning apps
- Select Customize beside the Launchpad heading.
- A pin control appears on every card. Select one to pin or unpin that app.
- Use Show pinned apps in main navigation to control whether pinned apps also appear in the navbar.
- Select Done to keep the changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Apps you cannot open
An installed app that is not currently openable keeps its icon and name and is marked Unavailable; it has no link. See An app is missing.
When you have no apps yet
The page shows No apps to open here yet and a Browse all apps link to the Apps catalog.
If the app list fails to load
The page shows Couldn't load apps with a Retry action; the rest of Evolve stays usable.
What Launchpad does not show
Launchpad is scoped to one membership. It carries no greeting, no Account switcher, no quick-action shortcuts and no app counts. Apps you could install but have not are in the Apps catalog, not on Launchpad. To change Account, use the avatar menu; see Switch between Accounts.
