See your adjustments in My support
My support lists the adjustments approved for you, with what each covers, when it applies and who can see it.

Open My support in Education. It lists Your adjustments, each marked Active, Scheduled or Ended.
- Select My support in the navigation.
- Select an adjustment.
- Read What is approved, When it applies and Who can see it.
Only the people the office shares an adjustment with see it, such as Your teachers or The exam office. When the office leaves a class out at your request, the adjustment says Not shared, at your request.
Ask for a change
Select Ask for a change. It shows how to contact the office that sets your adjustments.
Report a problem
When an adjustment isn't being provided:
- Open the adjustment.
- Select Report a problem.
- Describe it under What went wrong?.
- Select Send to the Support office.
Your report and the office's answer appear under Your problem reports.
If it did not work
- No adjustments: none are approved for you. The page says how to contact the office.
- My support isn't set up yet: your institution hasn't set up My support. This doesn't mean you have no support.
- Your adjustments can't be shown right now: try again later. This doesn't mean you have no support.
