Request an official document
Documents lists your official letters, and Request a document asks for a new one, ready in moments when your registration for the period is official.

Open Documents in Education. It lists your letters with their status, and Request a document asks for a new one.
- Select Documents in the navigation.
- Select Request a document.
- Choose the Programme, the Period and the Language of the letter.
- Select Request letter.
If your registration for the period is official, the letter is ready in moments. Otherwise the office checks it first, and the request shows With the office until the letter appears in your documents.
If it did not work
- No documents yet: letters appear here when they're ready.
- Your documents can't be shown right now: try again later. This doesn't mean you have none.
- The office couldn't issue this letter. Contact the Registrar's office.: contact the office.
