Read a learner's support instructions in your class
In a class roster, a learner's Support marker opens the instructions shared with you for them, and Report a problem reaches the office.

A learner whose adjustments are shared with your class has a Support marker in the class roster. It opens their Support instructions.
- Select My Teaching in the navigation, then the class.
- Open Roster.
- Select the learner's marker: Support · New, Support · Updated or Support.
- Read the instructions under Support instructions.
A marker reads Support · New or Support · Updated until you open the instructions it points to. The instructions show what the office approved, the timing where there is one, and the last day they apply.
Report a problem
When you can't provide an instruction:
- Select Report a problem.
- When the learner has more than one instruction, choose the Instruction.
- Describe it under What went wrong?.
- Select Send to the Support office.
The office's answer appears under Your problem reports.
If it did not work
- This instruction changed. Reload the page to see the current version.: reload the page and send it again.
- Support instructions are unavailable right now.: try again later.
- Support instructions can't be shown for this learner right now. Contact the Support office.: contact the office.
